I rent houses and usually have to move after 2-3 years when the house is sold. I always use Lesli. She knows the local market, is very professional and a hard working, honest realtor. She’s really good.

Lesli was extremely helpful and especially to answer my many questions since I was not physically in the area to look at properties. We worked with FaceTime and a friend of mine who lived in the area. She was so so patient again with my many questions and so helpful working at a distance. The greatest and we love our new home. Overall good,found several houses quickly. Had a few set backs with paperwork and funds transfers but we still got the property in the end. I would recommend being local to avoid the same issues. Thanks again for helping us find a home

She knows the market and can negotiate a good deal. She did her research and found the best strategy to market the house and its highlights and its further potential. She negotiated offers to bring the highest likelihood of a great net return.

Leslie sold our house before even placing a for sale sign in the yard. She personally showed the property and did not use a lock box. She contacted us well in advance for the showings. We highly recommend her.

Lesli was very professional and was very pleasant to work with. She kept us informed and helped to organized the house inspection, also supplied us list of contractors to help us get repairs that needed to be done. Also helping us navaigate through the Home Owners Association of Keys Gate Great Job Lesli!!!!
