Very disappointing experience dealing with this company and its representatives. After showing the prperty, submission of all requested documentation, and extensive time invested into the process, we were unexpectedly informed that the office allegedly required “cosmetic renovations” that would delay everything for several months. My wife and I lived at 18 Galer St. from 2023 to 2025, and Leschi Lakeside Property Management was hands down the best property management company we’ve experienced in Seattle. We’ve lived in multiple apartments across the city, and no one else came close in terms of responsiveness and respect. Any maintenance issues—like a leak in the ceiling or a broken washer/dryer—were handled within hours, and repairs were usually completed the next day.
