We had a tire on our 2024 Colorado showing low air pressure. Les Schwab pulled out a piece of metal at no charge. The tire continued to leak and they replaced a defective valve stem at no charge. This is a vehicle with manufacturer parts so they could have charged us. Grateful for their service!!

Went in this Saturday at 8:00 told him I needed to be in Denver by 1:00 they took my tires and rims to mount I go by there at 11:30 they're not mounted I don't know how they got a 4.7 the manager was not really interested in my complaint and I'm not really interested in Les Schwab anymore my daughter goes there and I won't go there anymore. I work at a parts store in Windsor and we try to get their parts when they call within 15 minutes this guy didn't even care I was just another number. . next.
