I go to this location for anything tire or alignment related and have always had a great experience. Casey usually helps me and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Stopped in last minute today to get a plug. The guys were all super friendly and helpful. Patched my tire, fixed the valve stem and even mentioned a problem, that I was already aware of, just to be safe. They even made sure all of my tires were at the correct pressure (some were a little over inflated). They didn't try to sell me on anything but just let me know I should consider new tires soon. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming to them for my tires.
Went to get a tire dismounted off a rim that was already off the car , and it’s thirty employees looking through the window in the shop at me as I walked in the employee was nice enough to inform me it would be two hours to do this 1 minute job I was more than happy to pay the terrible dismount price for such a service, but still two hours …. With all those employees I wonder how the management would feel about them telling people this , instead of having some integrity to help someone out already in a bad spot …. I’d stay a... read more
