Les Schwab in Elma has provided me with excellent service. Just yesterday I call them and explain I have a tire that needs fixed. Only thing was they were closing in 10 minutes and I was a distance away. I spoke with the Manager Kres and he asked if I was ready to bring it in. I said yes and he stated let's go. I rushed down and Kres came out took the tire found a small piece of wire in the tire and fixed the issue. Brought it back out to me and sent me on my way. Amazing service....went in to schedule appointment for tires and alignment...no appointment necessary. They had the tires and the time. Was in and out in about 90 minutes...love Elma,Wa. Les Schwab.
Always helpful. Lined up the back right dally wheels for us after having work done on them when out of town. Could've lost the wheels, truck and more from the little mistake from another company.

Not sure what the point of making an appointment is for. Sat here for 2 hours and no one touched my car for and hour.
Had 2 flat tires in 3 months on a 2015 tandem axle boat trailer. They repaired them no charge. I told them I didn't mind paying as they were factory installed and not bought there. They still said no problem and the repairs were free.
Great customer service and very dedicated to helping the public.
