3 hours to take tires off, come to find out they put my new tires on someone else’s car. or as the guy said “i can’t find them”. They did not have the correct size tire in stock. How is this acceptable?

Need tires, no one in the show room, after 10 minutes I left.
I can't give them no stars or I would. I've been sitting here for two and a half hours after being told over the phone that they had my tires in stock I was just notified fifteen minutes ago thay they don't. It will be a minimum of fortyfive minutes to get them, meaning I won't be making that important appointment in an hour. And when I mentioned that they suggested that I could drive there and back (almost a hundred miles) on the donut and they could change it when I got back. Only issue I recently have with Les Schwab, they need to put all the parts back when the do their free check brake checks. When I went to install new back brake shoes on my wife's car, the two set screws that keeps the drum in position was missing. She had recently had new tires put on her car at the Elma Les Schwab. I had installed new set screws about 4 years ago and paid $10 for the 4. Now that the screws are a discontinued item and I haven't found anything that crosses over, it is now a wrecking yard hunt.
