I have always had great service there. People are quick to greet you at the counter. The guys in the bay, are quick and pleasant when they come to tell you they got you back on the road. And I highly recommend them
Waited 3 hours to change one tire/wheel . Told it would be an hour wait. THEN, they changed the wrong one. Unbelievable. So 3 1/2 hrs!

Had a long trip this weekend (1000 + miles)and about 30 miles before Hermiston I had a tire go down on me. Called ahead to the Hermiston les schwab and talked with Dave (sorry I didn't get your last name Dave) he told me to ask for him when I got there as he already knew my story. All said and done I had four new tires and on my way in less than 40 minutes total! THANKS DAVE & CREW!!!! I could see you were all really busy as it was but you all went above and beyond to get me on my way. Again thanks for the great service!!!!
