rude and very expensive compared
I love this store! These guys are extremely helpful! Chris always takes care of our family and we’re soo thankful for him, Dave is amazing too! Went to get my tires checked because my dad said they weren’t good enough to make it to the coast, turns out they wouldn’t! Got a new set today and couldn’t be happier!
I've always had problems with Les Schwab; instead of fixing my car they screwed it up more. I also requested for some certain guy to not work on my car, because last time he screwed up my last car. Well guess who worked on my new car, and screwed it up?! The same guy! My boyfriend called Les Schwab, and all they could say was sorry! A sorry isn't going to fix my car. Chris was AMAZING and super patient. He took the time to really listen to the look I was going for on my Dodge 2500. This was the first time I had ever picked out my own wheels and tires and he made the process great. Customer service was some of the best. In the end my truck looks incredible. He has an eye for how to complete a vehicle with wheels and tires. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. #hostilewheels
I came in today with a cat stuck in my car and they were more than willing to get the poor guy out thank you
Yesterday I was coming through Hermiston with a pickup and horse trailer with horses. I heard something in my left front wheel so I stopped in. They quickly diagnosed and got me right in and replaced the u joint and had me back on the road in short order! I appreciate the entire shops attentiveness and compassion for my situation!
