The most downright rude people I’ve ever talk to in my life on the phone I called to talk to them about a bill that is owed and that I’ve already paid it off and the people on the phone were very very rude and basically trying to put me down like I was a stupid retard because I didn’t pay my bill on time so I suggest everybody do not use lash Schwab they’re the biggest rip off company out there
RecommendedWe had a tire blow out on our boat trailer. We made it into Les Schwab in Hermiston. They replaced all 5 tires on the trailer and had us back in the road in an hour. Way to go guys, thanks

I wasn’t a customer until my back tire flagged for a PSI issue- they got me in quick and I was impressed that they were so thorough for someone who wasn’t an active customer. So glad to have them in town!
told me I had a 2hr wait time due to the snowing weather, they had me in and out within 1 hr... New snow tires, wheels and them sensors... very much appreciated to the entire crew!!!
They could have better follow up on mistakes that they make. The last two time I have gone there for service they have made a mistake. I understand mistakes are made sometimes but when you make a mistake try to do something to make it right. That lack of care for mistakes they make is very upsetting.
They are constantly chattering w8th eachother. Work isnt getting done. standing in rhe store for 2 hours for a single tire swap is outrageously ridiculous. people have places to be and things to do. when we dont have our vehicle its a serious inconvenience. this work needs to be done quickly and in a timely fashion. will NOT BE COMING BACK

Great service! We stopped in with an issue on our motor home. We were dealt with immediately, got 4 new rear tires and back on the road with an hour. Great bunch of guys! Thank you!
