Had a tire that kept losing air and all I heard from people was that it was the change in air pressure outside. I finally went to Les Schwab and not only did they find a nail in my tire, Sean repaired it FOR FREE!!! The Customer Service at this store is off the charts!! They have my business as long as I live here!!
Unscheduled trip to Gardnerville for tire repair. I did not want to drive 300 miles with no spare... They got me in within 15 minutes and I was out the door in 60. They patched one tire (with two screws) and checked the other three to make sure this was merely a random event. Moved my spare tire back to the spare position, rotated the others front-to-back and presented me with a bill for $14.00—which they then credited to zero. Zero dollars.
