Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Service level has gone downhill. Probably will be looking for a different tire shop.

We have lived in Moses Lake for over 50 years. We always bought our tires and wheels at LS. The last few years the service has been Horrible. After every rotation my newer car had a bad vibration at 70 mph. Having to make extra trips back and forth numerous time. They dropped our truck off the lift and damaged the front drivers side. Oh and when you buy new wheels they promise to polish them every time you have rotation, doesn't happen. Ours are ruined and we haven't had them a year..oh the popcorn is great though!!!
