Just changed a flat on I90 and stopped in with 1 minute until closing on a Friday night and the staff greeted us and help us with new tires even though it was after hours! Awesome! Superior customer service!

Excellent service .. When I went this morning .. I observed two homeless people out of he door . When Les Swab employees opened the door . My heart was filled with so much happiness, respect that none of the employees told the gentleman to leave when he went and got 2 cups of coffee and popcorn ( that is free) for himself and the lady waiting for him outside ..This is what makes me as a customer come back . The job got done for a reasonable price. But for the scope of the job the amount time was less than satisfactory.

I've always gone to Les Schwab, in both Spokane and Moses Lake. I've had various vehicles I've taken to Les Schwab, in both cities also. Most recently, I had to have a tire bearing fixed, an alignment, and four new tires. I wasn't aware my vehicle needed all that work done, so I was surprised. Initially, I was there for a tire rotation. But, my father and I both agreed the work was necessary, and needed. All of it was done in less than 2 hours.
