took our car in for an alignment. the mechanics look at our car tell us its unsafe ti drive to find out they never tightened the lug nuts!
My wife took her car to Les Schwab with a low/flat back tire... An employee took the tire off and informed her that the wheel was bent and that’s why the tire was having trouble holding air.. Then the guy proceeded to try and sell her a new tire (why would you put a new tire on a bent rim) Obviously he was trying to take advantage of a woman who doesn’t know any better..( not my wife). RecommendedWe were head back to Olympia from vacation in Newport WA. We thought we had a bearing going out on our travel trailer. they were kind enough to check our trailer, turns out wasn't a bearing. They were honest, helpful and courteous. This all just an hour before closing for the evening. i couldn't say more about how wonderful they were. Kept the last day of our vacation from being ruined. Thanks Les Schwab!
Dropped off my frnds batteries to have them charged. They told her come back and such n such time and they hadn't even put them on the charger forgot about them. We get them home had to grab them by 6 pm at that point and they never were charged at all. You guys suck!
I took my Honda in today because I have to go over the pass on Saturday. . .It is so worth it to purchase tires from Les Schwab because of all the free benefits, like a free trip check, free tire rotation, free flat repair, etc. . .I will never buy tires any where else and neither will my kids. I love their motto, "Doing the right thing!" because they will tell you the truth!
Great service today! We had new tires put on our Mazda for my trip out of town tomorrow. I was out of there in time to get my kids from school too!
