Outstanding service! They staff at the McMinnville les schwabs stayed late to get the tires on my truck, very proffesional and communicative on the few issues they found

I came in this morning at 11 am to have my studded tires taken off and was told that if I didnt want to wait an hour that I would be put on a noon appointment. I agreed and returned at noon only to be told that there were 6 people ahead of me and that it would be about an hour and a half wait!! What the hell ? Whats the point of making the appointment in the first place. I took the day off work just to have Les Schwab waste my whole afternoon. Thanks Les Schwab and guys for doing amazing job on my car. And for getting me out of there as quickly as possible. Raleigh was very nice and answered all my questions.

On the road from WA to TX, badly in need of tires. I handed my keys over at 5:45 and they got it all done that evening, even though they officially close at 6. Good service, friendly people, clear explanation of my options.
