Outstanding service! They staff at the McMinnville les schwabs stayed late to get the tires on my truck, very proffesional and communicative on the few issues they found
I came in this morning at 11 am to have my studded tires taken off and was told that if I didnt want to wait an hour that I would be put on a noon appointment. I agreed and returned at noon only to be told that there were 6 people ahead of me and that it would be about an hour and a half wait!! What the hell ? Whats the point of making the appointment in the first place. I took the day off work just to have Les Schwab waste my whole afternoon. I have had two other incidents one of which I was told I needed work on my brakes ... read more

On the road from WA to TX, badly in need of tires. I handed my keys over at 5:45 and they got it all done that evening, even though they officially close at 6. Good service, friendly people, clear explanation of my options.
