Les Schwab is the best in tire business! They have come to my rescue twice, once broken down in California on Hwy 101 and just yesterday they came to my house to air up my flat on a tire that wasn't even theirs! I drove directly to them for repair and had no choice but to purchase new tires, it was time. Sometimes one does not know how bad something is, until they feel the good. My tires were very bad! My flat tire light came on, and I knew where to go. Rene checked it first and Tony broke the news--both front tires needed work, plus it was time to rotate. He also said this fall I should replace the two worn tires and to watch for the sale! Charge--$0, service--priceless!
I called this morning to the mcminnville store (7/17). I explained that I owned an 85 Monaco RV and needed to set up with their store to have a tech come to where I parked the rig to jump my batteries and if that didn't work, for them to put in 2 new RV batteries (i have 4 golf batteries in there now). I spent $997 getting my brakes, sway bar and upper ball joints replaced. I picked up my vehicle and brought it back two days later because of a horrible new noise in my front end. They said I needed lower ball joints. They are now charging me $584 to go back in and replace two $46 parts and realign it! ���. Total scam artists!!! Never again!!!! I hope you lose business because of this post you bastards!!!
Have gotten slow over the years but easy good service anyway. Not busy today!
