Of 20+ customers in the lobby and at least 8 staff working at the counter, I was the only person wearing a face covering. I usually associate Les Schwab with safety, quality, and service. Normally, I would highly recommend Les Schwab, particularly the McMinnville store. Given the increase in COVID-19 cases locally and regionally, I expected that Les Schwab would do more (at least employees wearing face coverings, perhaps offering paper masks to waiting customers) in order to maintain a high level of safety. mcminnville les schwab fixed my flat tire this morning on my pick up within 30 min that I brought it in. no charge and I didn't buy the tires from them. I didn't know they still fixed them for free. I even offered to pay for it. I bought tires before from Schwab think I may go back. excellent service. thank u guys
I have been a customer my entire life. the amazing warranty has saved my family's butt more times than I can count. in my experience they have been the most honest repair shop I have dealt with. most recently I had the rear breaks done, pads, rotors and calipers as I had gone past the life of the pads (my fault) they found damage and poor repairs from work done before I bought the car and they replaced the lines and other damaged parts not included in the original quote with 3 times the labor than quoted but did not charge m... read more
