Tires West, in Burley, Id., is a model tire store! Les Scwab stores in Pocatello, are slow, grumpy, and inefficient. Two to three hours to get a flat fixed, in Pocatello. We can drive 70 miles to Tires West, get a flat fixed in little time, and drive back to Pocatello, quicker than getting it done in Pocatello. Semi truck tires, the same scenario! Technicians working afternoon of 2/17/2017 at the Burley store were useless. I brought my Escalade in to have a different tire put on the spare rim. Not sure what they did but they said that after lowering the tire 6", the reel quit working. I was working prior to taking it to Schwab. They told me they could not do anything to it and that I should take it to a dealership and get it fixed. They refused to even try to fix it. Thank you Burley Les Schwab Tire Center. FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY CAR. The oil was changed, tires rotated, and they even change my burned out brake light for me. The van was vacuumed and polished inside it looked so nice. Thank you.
Only buying tires from them. I had a flat tire in Pocatello and they did not have my tire size so they called around to see if they could get one But there was none in town. I started calling Les Schwab in a hundred mile radius and the one in Burley Idaho had one. I drove 80 miles on a donut tire at 45-50 mph with hazzard light on. At first they can't cover my warranty but when I told them what I had to do to get there and had 150 more miles to get home, they only charged me $15
