My family has had nothing but the worst experience with you. My father recently purchased a truck that had a battery recently purchased at your store with a 7 year warranty. He had the receipt for it. It has not been in the truck for even a year yet and you refused to honor that warranty. Along with that you sent him back and forth to his mechanic several times telling him that battery was actually good and that the problem was the alternator, which his mechanic showed him was in fact a lie.
