Wow. It is not often that I am as impressed with customer service as I have been today. After the snow dissipated, I noticed one of my tires was going flat. My usual mechanic suggested I go to Les Schwab which is 1/2 mile from my home. 20 minutes later, the tire was fixed (had a nail in the tread) and I was sent on my way...no charge! I've never been to Les Schwab, not a customer, but I'll tell you, I am a customer now!
