I have been here so many times 6 years of being customer. I think 3 months ago i went for an alignment here cory was great and he was so helpful and apologize for the inconvenience that i suffer. Then 10/20/16 Alfredo was adamant that my breaks are bad that is metal to metal. He recommend that needs to be done. So i got it done and the car is working great. Absolutely horrible! Got turns away for service just because we didn't buy tires from here. Will spread to everyone.
Always so helpful and fast ... I was worried about my tires being worn & ready to replace them.. Instead I was told they are good for 5000 more miles & they rotated them. So easy !! Thank you Cory !!
I drive the extra distance because I have Always had excellent service at this location. It took a little longer today, waiting for brakes, but they removed a screw from the tire, repaired that, and thanked me for the wait. I witnessed Devin managing that front desk like a Boss, being patient with customers who were acting like jerks, not wanting to pay for services. My friend went here. The manager and another co worker talked about her right in front of her saying that she was basically stupid and doesn't take care of her car. Then my husband and I came in and for some reason they couldn't find his account. He filled out a credit application about 2 weeks ago. Which they somehow lost. And that had his social security number and other important things on it. After we left he called to talk to the manager but it turned out he was the one calling my friend stupid.
