I had some work done at this Les Schwab and there was a small mistake made. No big deal, we're all human and mistakes happen. Where Les Schwab stands out above the rest is they didn't make excuses or try to lame blame elsewhere. They fixed the problem. If you want a clear understanding of what excellent customer service is all about go visit Reid and his crew. They'll exceed your expectations.
They were very nice and courteous. Called me soon as it was ready. Took them 45 minutes and they were done. Talk about fast I was very pleased with the work. Also rotated my tires. It was pleasure doing business.

So crowded with snow threatening, but everyone was still so friendly & helpful! Grace under pressure - and then my service ended up being free! This is why I always buy my new tires here, though they my be just a few dollars cheaper elsewhere. The service here is tops.
