Unbeknownst to us, we had a nail in our tire. Our tire pressure sensor went off and it doesn't tell us wich tire is the problem. They ran all 4 tires through the leak detector process and they found the nail and patched it for free! Love these guys!

Today as I was driving I kept hearing a noise and eventually it sounded as if something broke off, got scared and pulled off the freeway only find that the part of the fender had broken way and parts of it was rubbing on the tire. So i pulled off to the closes les Schwab, the Minnihaha store in Vancouver. Not only was part of the wheel well broke off but one of the pieces slashed my tire several times. I showed up 15 minutes early and the doors were already unlocked and they were already helping customers. When was the last time that happened to you anywhere??? For me I would have to answer never. Everyone was super friendly and got me in and out quickly with a new set of tires. I have been going to Les Schwab for as long as I can remember because they are always just amazing!
What can be said about these guys? Great service. Never pushy. Yes they may be a little more expensive than other places but you are paying for the service they excel at.
I have Walmart brand tires (from previous owner) and was told my tire rotation would cost $26 by phone. When I got there they invited my Labrador into the store until they finished. I think every employee was a total dog lover, gave my boy loves and dog biscuits! When finished, they gave me an estimate and didn't charge for the rotation. I was very happy with everything. And I love dog friendly places!
Les Schwab is awesome. I went there with a nail on my tire and the took my car in the shop pulled my wheel off and repaired it for no charge and I didn't even by my tires there they were on the car when I bought it. Woo Hoo love Les Schwab!!!
