Last time I was here I was charged about $20 to rotate tires. Today my quote was $70. I won't be coming back. That's rediculous! They did make it right at the time it was done by offering a half price cut in cost.
The Minnehaha dealership is right on! I go here for all my tire problems. Mr. Reid the service bay manager, takes pride in my patronage and has his maintenance guys expressing their professional and efficient service when ever I bring my car in for tire service. These guys have installed more tires on my cars then most and I will continue to use them because of their care and concern for my vehicles! Outstanding service! Great pride in what they do will, will keep me coming back until I can’t drive anymore!
Amazing customer service been coming here for years and the service just gets better and better. They have better customer service than most all companies I deal with they truly value their customers. Thank you manager Randy!!!!
Had the manager look at studded tires and he confirmed they would fit our car. Now they don't. Not impressed!
Needed new batteries, and was able to get them despite showing up at 4pm.
