Always friendly, always honest, always go above and beyond my expectations.
My battery died when I was parked at Trader Joe's about six blocks away. I called for help and they sent over Tim T M to jump the battery (at no charge!). I followed him back to the store and he quickly replaced it. When I came back out after paying Tim was filling my tires after noticing one that was low. I've had great service over the years at this Ballard location and I'll come back shortly to replace the tires that Tim noted were almost bald. Thanks Tim!
Some friendly advice to the mechanics here; try not insulting your customers, then they might come back.
Wow! Up from Vancouver, Wa., and my brakes went out. By the time I drove the 1.5 miles here things were smoking so badly that people were pointing. These fine people got me into the shop just before closing on a Saturday and fixed me up. And all with A-MA-ZING attitudes. No grousing about it being close to closing time and no putting me off until it was too late to do anything. Without them I have no idea how I'd get home. Places like this (and my Les Schwab's at home in Camas, Wa) are why I always have and always will shop ... read more
