Probably the most painful automotive experience I've ever had. Went in for some new rims on my truck and they said it should only take an hour so I said id wait. After an hour and a half they come to me and say they only have three of the rims I need. I come back in the next day to get the more expensive rims they do have in stock and after TWO and a half hours they finally complete the work. I can't say enough good things about Les Schwab! I came in with a leaky tire and they pulled out a broken off screw, saved it for me to see, patched the tire, and didn't charge me a thing. That is top-notch service, and I won't forget it when I need new tires.
I have nothing but good things to say about this outfit. 4 tires on boat trailer , 2 cars, one truck. Today nail flat 30 min. back on the road again ( no charge )
These folks will bend over backwards to help you out. Julie and Chris put us back on the road in an emergency. Thank you!
