From Mission St to Market and Lancaster, Les Schwab has always had excellent service and yesterday was perfect! I was having a problem with the electrical system and went in there to have it checked out. The first thing Tony did was check the battery & from all the readings, that was the problem. A new battery was bought and Tony installed it, perfectly! After the installation, he then checked the alternator and the starter. Both came out fine, thank heavens! You can never be wrong giving your business to Les Schwab....
Quoted two very different totals on the same wheels less than a week apart by two employees. If they can't read a quote correctly why would I want them working in my car??
Good service but... You guys HAVE to fix... I mean you need to, the lights in the waiting room. They buzz louder than ANY light I've ever heard. Been sitting here for an hour, and received great service, and good work done I just CAN'T handle these lights. Please fix for the sainity of your customers.
