They suck. my friend 70 year old single woman came to visit from out of town and light came on in car. I live couple blocks from here . said go there they can tell you what it is.. 150 bucks to check why light was on.. she went down st. to Valvoline no charge. And it was safe for her to get back home. What a bunch of uncaring rip off Les Schwebs has become. she and I even buys our tires there... I will never buy tires from them again.

My husband went to get a lift on his truck. He took it down on a Friday to make sure it could be done. He was told it could and that it should only take an hour. He made an appointment for Saturday at 9. When he took it in he was told it would take at least three hours. Then he got a call not even 40 minutes after dropping it off that it couldn’t be done after all. This is the worst experience we have had at this location. This location is amazing and made my day so much less stressful!!! I came in after buying a tire I was told was brand new from a different business and it was starting to lose air and I've had to drive on my spare for the last 4 months now. I came in to Les Schwab and the Employees were amazing and helpful. they not only got a better tire on my van but they gave me a mind of ease as I drive with my children in the car and knowing my tires are safe!!!
