I have to give a HUGE "Thank You" to Jeff at Les Schwab on Lancaster! I had a flat tire on the freeway in our pickup and was able to get to Fred Meyer parking lot. I called and talked to Jeff and he told me it is a $48 charge to come change my tire for me. He sent someone right over to help me. The guy was able to plug my tire and sir it up so I could drive to the shop, and they fixed it NO CHARGE...Not even for the roadside assist call! I came in yesterday after I killed my tire in a curb. They quickly took my car back and got the tire replaced in 30 mins. I will definitely be back when I need new tires.
Shout out to les schwab on Lancaster in Salem!! I️ was in a time crunch and they went above and beyond to make sure they got it taken care of! Even took me home while I️ waited and picked me up when my car was done!!
Great service. Brian was very accommodating. Will bring all my cars there for tires , brakes and relating services.
