Not women friendly at all. they were rude to my wife and put the wrong tire on our car and then said they were doing us a favor .. don't go there ..
Well I went in there with a screw in my tire they said no problem they would fix it. Then the kid found a small knick in my side wall so they said I had to buy a new tire but they said they would sell me a used one for cheaper and that it was a tiny bit bigger then the rest but would work fine so I thought OK cool... Wrong! This tire was so big when I left there Everytime I turned my wheel it rubbed and going over any bump it was tearing out the plastic part of the inside of my wheel wel. Took entirely too long, saw many workers standing around visiting instead of hustling to get cars done and out. Seems to be the unfortunate "norm" for all les Schwab stores anymore.
Very pleased with these guys. I came in as a walk-in with a tire that kept going flat on me. I couldn't find anything obvious like a nail etc in the tire so I assumed it was damaged irreparably and needed to be replaced. The crew greeted me right away even though everyone was busy, and I had a pretty short wait for them to let me know the tire just needed to be patched up (there was a small tack in it). Can't say enough how grateful I am.
Excellent service, despite the huge line of customers I was able to get in before they had to stop taking more cars. The employee who fix my flat tire was kind and polite, As a lifetime customer, this is my expectation of all Les Schwab Tire Centers service that I receive approximately 19 out of 20 time I have visited.
