fast service, incredibly nice and never charged me anything to fix the hole in my tire.
They are the best. Came to My rescue, pumped up the flat so I could drive to the store, fixed the tire and sent me on my way.... all for no charge

Last year I had new brakes installed. Today there was lots of smoke coming from my left rear tire. Had the car towed to Les Schwab and they had it up on the rack before I left. When they called to say it was done I told them I needed a ride. They sent someone to pick me up. Brakes were still under warranty so no out of pocket. I spread the word on FB this isn’t the first time they came through for me.
Went in to make a payment and stood at the front counter for ten minutes. Not one employee even acknowledged i was there so i left. If i could give these tires back and get my money back i would do it in a heart beat.
Dropped my car off in the morning, around 9AM, it's now 5:15PM and it's still not done. If my vehicle wasn't already on the rack, I would've walked out and taken it somewhere else. Plus the guy at the counter was a jerk after he found out I didn't buy my tires here, it's not my fault you don't sell the tires I wanted. The entire time he was condencending and passive aggressive. Definitely going somewhere else next time.
