Just purchased four new tires for my Silveradeo. Their service is outstanding. Yesterday I had a razor put a nasty, big hole in my right rear tire. The technician came to where I was and plugged it but it wasn't going to hold. He put way over the recommended air in it so I could get to the nearest LS store (was only about a mile). They put my spare tire on and said NO CHARGE! Wow! So today, I needed a new set of tires and went to my local LS store. The dealership (Rairdons in Kirkland) sold me a jeep with a bum spare tire and kept lying to me about it. I went to this Les Schwab to get it fixed or buy a new one. They spent almost three hours trying to get my spare off the back of my jeep, fixed it, and refused to take any money from me. They had their whole staff working on it. Dealership screwed me, this place won my business forever. I even waited quite awhile for a manager to try to pay, but he just said, “have a wonderful trip.”
Super impressed with les schwab in Everett today. I’ve been having to put air in my tires every so often the past few weeks. Brought my car in without an appointment on my lunch break and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Two screws in one tire and a nail in the other. They didn’t charge me anything for the repair. I’m a happy camper!
I will not go anyplace else. They have always been right there when I needed air in my tire or to get a flat fixed. Yesterday they found a screw in my tire and fixed it....for FREE!!!!!!I highly recommend them
Be advised: the Les Schwab tire warranty is non-transferable (even if the tires are almost new). This also includes not covering the balance and rotation of the tires and wheels.
