Polite & professional tecnicians. Cool (actually cold) waiting area. I went in without an appointment and had to wait awhile, but I expected that.
Two months or so ago I purchased a tire for my truck. They put on the wrong size. I went in and they replaced it. I only caught it because I was purchasing another tire and my receipt didn’t match the tire.

I didn’t realize that Les Schwab could top my last “Les Schwab story” but they did!! My tire pressure gage has been on and while picking up ClickList panic set in knowing I needed new tires. On my way home with my 4yr old son and car FULL of groceries I pop in to see about getting a quote for new tires and availability. Admittedly I had sticker shock (AWD so I needed 4 new tires) and with the 2 hour wait I said I’d come back without my son later in the day. Between wait time and groceries I was ill prepared.
