I had an appointment today 12/9 to get my tires rotated. It was recommended to make the appointment on line to expedite service. There is however a notice at the counter saying that on line appointments are about an hour. I had walked in the Covington Les Schwab the previous day and was told it would take an hour to have my tires rotated.I decided to wait and when the hour was up my car was still not being serviced. I took our car in due to some grinding noise in the brakes. They looked it over and said the brakes were ok and there was no charge. However I was given a quote for struts that were needed and was told that the left one was leaking. We have a mechanic that we have used for many years and he took a look for us and said the struts were in excellent condition. This second opinion saved us close to $1,000.

RecommendedThe guys at Les Schwab Tire Center are THE BEST!!! You always get treated like royalty at Les Schwab. This is my favorite location. They're always total gentlemen. They're kind and courteous. Their store is very clean. The bathroom is very clean and neat. They go the extra mile for their customers. I always recommend Les Schwab to my friends and neighbors. I've been to other tire stores and nobody can compare to this company. Fast service. Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

My son needed to have his snow tires mounted on his car. These guys charged him $151.00 to mount and balance 4 snow tires because they weren’t Les Schwab tires. You can get tires mounted and balanced from anywhere in the valley for $20 each. (Also they tried to sell him a $550.00 front brake job!) I called and They were in-apologetic about what they charged!!! Total Rip-off !!!
