Realized I ran over some kind of screw and punctured my tire. Was pretty upset by was told that Les Schwab would patch it for free. Gave them a call and asked about it. Even though I didn't have Les Schwab tires they took care of me fir free willingly. Got my tire fixed and all the tires leveled in less than an hour. Really appreciated it, thank you so much Les Schwab, you really helped me out today.
I'm thankful for the tires, but the 3 hour wait was too much when I was told it would be 45 minutes.
Bought 4 new tires and had them put on ,took 1.5 hrs very good job.
We came in today needing 2 cars to get new tires and serious adjustment. From the beginning my fiancé and I were blown away by the customer service, they literally ran in front of us to open the door for us and meet us at the counter. After that Lon (who was exceptional from beginning to end) presented us with options, and was super knowledgeable and helpful, and help us pick our tires to fit our needs. Very dishonest about time frames. When asked about an update on car, the employee looked at me like I was dumb and didn't offer any apologies or anything. Not very friendly staff compared to other stores like Meridian. Will not go back unless I'm desperate.
I got here at 930 this morning for tires. They did those pretty quickly but said I needed brakes. Road tripping this summer so when he said he could get them done right away I told him to go ahead. I went and took a walk, came back a couple hours later ready to go. They hadn't even started! Now, another hour later, seems they are finally getting around to it. Grumpy! They are not even busy.
Went in to get an alignment for my rear end suspension work i did, they said they would take care of it, waited 1.5hrs said they were finished come back to find out they dont do alignments on the rear of mustangs and they dont work on any of the suspension components i asked him to correct when i arrived.
