I have been coming to this Les Schwab for years. I don’t know much about tires and could easily be taken advantage of but every single time I’ve come here I’ve gotten help and usually at no cost, unless I’m buying new tires of course. Today I went in for an alignment and they informed me that after checking it, I actually didn’t need them aligned so no charge. I’m so thankful for their honesty and customer service. I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you!

Thank you so much! We had a flat trailer tire and they replaced the tire stem and checked it for additional leaks. They didn't charge us for the repair and didn't try to sell us new tires. This is impressive, especially since we didn't even purchase the tires from them. You guys ROCK!!

Brought the Yukon in to have a TPS changed. They changed and wiped my system to relearn, now they’re saying 2 others are bad to. Sure funny only 1 was bad when it was brought in. What happened to the Les Schwab motto “Our Business Is Earning Your Trust”. I think they removed the “Your Trust”
Les Schwab saved me $280. The dealership looked at my tire with a nail in it and told me it couldn't be patched due to it's location and said I had to just buy a new tire for $280. I told them to not worry about the tire and just do the oil change. Next day I took it to Les Schwab. They actually looked at the tire. There were 2 nails. The one the dealership said couldn't be patched actually didn't go through. The other one did but was able to patch. Thank you so much for taking the time and saving me money.
