I came in with a car full of kids and needed a new battery. I am so thankful for all of the guys at the store who helped get me on my way!
I think they are great. I moved here in 1975 and had an old VW van. I was on a jobsite one day and it didn't start. I was in back of it with the engine compartment open and a Les Schwab truck stopped and the guy helped me with my van. No charge. I've gone there ever since.
Not happy with my experience, I went in to see why my car was making a squeaking noise. Waited for an hour to be told that the problem was my breaks. I changed the breaks (turns out they had a lot of life left in them) only to find that it didn't help with the squeaking AT ALL. I feel like they were in a hurry and just wanted to get me out the door. Now I am headed somewhere else who will take the time to find out the real problem.
Yesterday I went to this location with a nail in my tire. I was greeted by a very friendly employee and was helped with little wait. To top it off they fixed my tire at no charge! I appreciate the great customer service! Will be returning for tires in the future.
