They were fast, friendly, and really took care of me. One of my better experiences getting tires.
Noticed a nail in my right rear tire. Was able to drive to Les Schwab in Mukilteo. Tire was replaced under warranty. Work was done promptly and professionally. Been using this company for 22 years. Always treated fairly and courteously. And the popcorn is delicious!
I called them a few minutes after they closed in desperate need of a new battery since my car had just died. They stayed open past closing time to wait for me to get there and replaced my battery for me as well. Thank you SO much you guys are awesome!!!
For the 3rd time this company has caused my car problems when I brought it to them for minor issues and given me many excuses about why they can't fix it in a timely manner, or at all. There is also no recourse for a person who wastes all this time and energy getting their minor car repairs done, unless of course you or a loved one dies in a horrible accident because of their work. I now will not drive my children in my car with me because I don't trust it and won't until I have another company look at my van.
Be advised: the Les Schwab tire warranty is non-transferable (even if the tires are almost new). This also includes not covering the balance and rotation of the tires and wheels.
Great customer service AND they fixed my flat for free!
