Great bunch of people with excellent customer service. I pulled in with only 16 pounds of pressure in my tire and within 28 minutes I was out the door and that little fix was no charge!
Great customer service. Comfortable lobby for the wait. Popcorn, coffee for our convenience. Fixed my flat tire for free and gave me some helpful suggestions for some new tires since I am due for 2 fronts. I have been going to this particular location for all my tire needs for 7 years now and have always left a happy customer! Thank you.
Beyond Helpful Yesterday. I had a horrible sound coming from my Tiguan yesterday and ask Siri to direct me to the nearest Les Schwab. Jeri was the first person I spoke with and she was courteous and informed me they would take a look. Matt the Asst Manager came over after 30 minutes, said he believed that something may be wrong with the differential. CONSUMER BEWARE - Brake light came on, no prior indication that I had brake issues. Took it to Les Schwab in Fife to have them diagnose this. They came back that I needed a $600 front end brake job. Found out also that my brake fluid was low. Went for a 2nd opinion. My front brakes pads have almost no wear and the rear pads had over half the life left, absolutely no problem with my rotors or calipers either. The diagnosis for my light coming on was the low brake fluid, NOT needing a $600 brake job.
Horrible customer service from the lady at the front desk.
My wife took her car in for a brake inspection because the light was coming on .turned out she needs a brake job .we couldn't get it dun right then. My complaint is that theay told her one of the problems is her brake fluid was almost empty and couldn't fill it unless she had the job dun. ......WOW.....you put someone back on the rod in a vehicle that you know is a DANGER......2 dollars worth of brake fluid really???...........shame on you!!!....

I have to say that I'm seriously impressed. I know that Les Schwab is known for service and I can see why. I had a nail in my tire, and they happily fixed it at no charge. Everyone was super polite and Dallas, on the the gentlemen working there, helped get everything squared away. They were busy, but the guys were hustling around getting things done as quickly as they could and it really didn't take that long considering that it was a Saturday.
