Wife went in today with a nail in her tire - not in the sidewall. She waited two hours for them to remove it and then was charged for the repair. Poor service all around. Never going back. Discount Tire is way better with these types of things. Never have we been charged for having an item pulled from a tire with Discount. You really let us down Les Schwab...
