Great service and friendly staff. Wonderful place to have my car checked out. I bought their tires in Oregon. They will last me for years and I can have them rotated and checked free of charge.

I went in for tire balance and ended up with broken center caps on my expensive wheels. I went to tslk to the guy inside and he just argued with me and said they looked like they were broke already. I said, then how were they on my wheels when i came in? Cause theyre not on now! Broken thats why. He was pissed when i demanded a refund on their lousy service. NEVER AGAIN IN SPANAWAY ON PACIFIC & 169TH. CRAPPY ATTITUDES AND SERVICE!!
