I had a nail in my tire. All they wanted to do was make me buy new tires.
This is definitely not the customer service Les Schwab was raised on. I dropped off two rims and two wheels to be mounted at 10 a.m.. I get a call back at 11 a.m. asking if I want the high-speed balance? I said yes. I show back up at 2pm in the afternoon and the wheels have not even been touched. I guess I'll just have to drive further to go to Discount Tire!
This is the worst place ever......like quadruple the price of other shops. I work hard for my money & hate liars & people trying to rip off innocent people.. Horrible. Just horrible. Could possibly be that Im a woman so they figure Im dumb when it comes to cars but the research was done & Im not dumb....unbelievable. ������
They fixed my tire at no charge yeah I’m coming back here for new tires next year
