Came here a month ago to patch a tire. Was told there was a two hour wait so i went down the street and had it done elsewhere in 15 minutes. Yesterday I heard a noise like a failing bearing while driving on freeway. I asked them to check it. They told me I needed new control arms and tie rods. Said it would only be a couple hours. six and a half hours later i called to ask the status because I need the car to go to work. I have became a regular customer. Arturo is usually greeting me before i get off the car and is very friendly. The whole staff gives great customer service. The store is by far the most professional in presentation. Very clean and also provide a kiddy table which is convenient when my kids have to wait with me. They get to color have popcorn and watch tv.
I am so impressed & happy with this stores customer service! I left yesterday knowing I wanted to take the time to write a review to let other people know that this is the store to go to!
