My wife damaged a front tire we bought 11 months ago from this Les Schwab and they did a hard sell on her to buy 4 new tires. They said the tire we bought 11 months ago was no longer available so she shouldn't put different tires beside each other. They also said the other tire was cracked. They sold us an old cracked tire? I sent her to American Tire Depot on Stine Rd where they found the same brand and size of tire we have on the other side for less money per tire than Les wanted to sell her 4 tires. The service here is killer and they beat the price of other shops around town. I had a flat early in the morning the guy came to my car and stated they weren't open but I could come inside and just hang out until they were. He also gave me a quote and drove to get my new tires before they even opened. Great place and great service!
Brought in a wheel with a badly damaged tire. They come out and greet you when you pull in. He took the wheel, got me a tire and had me on the way in 15 minutes. When he loaded the wheel back in the car, he told me to come back once I had the wheel back on the car and they would make sure it was correctly torqued.
