I bought 4 new tires there in November the sales guy said they were the best all terrain tires they sell. 6 months later blow out on 99 after 7000 miles haven't even taken it off road once since the purchase. I took it back and they aren't covering the full cost of the tire. This happened to me one other time in my life with a tire from Big O tires they looked at the tire and replaced it no charges.

Amazing customer service! I had been going to them ever since before I was a customer and every time my tpms light came on, they never hesitated to check my tires and air them up. I decided to come back to them after having to replace a full set of tires and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Every single staff member is super welcoming and nice.
