I've been going there for several years, and every time they are awesome!! While several locations that were closer to my house turned me away, they offered me to switch out my tires in 4-5 hours! I was glad to wait..... and 2.5hrs later I got a call to pick up my car � Thanks guys for doing a great job!! ������
My car was giving me a tire pressure warning sign so I pulled in to this place. They were really nice and technician checked my all tires and filled air to all tires and checked pressure to make sure there is no warning light coming any longer. When i asked how much I owe them, he told me I owe nothing. I even did not buy tires from them. What a nice people. Thank you!!
I've always gone to the Les Schwab Tire Center in Forest Grove, they are beyond a 5-star rating but when I picked up some 4 1/2 inch spike off of Cornelius Pass Road thanks to all the construction I'm sure, this Les Schwab location was the closest for me and I'm not unhappy in the least with the location, the only thing that made me a little on edge was with the amount of time that it took, I was there for almost an hour however they were pretty busy and they were all very polite people and I would go there again...
This is the second time I've had a slow-leaking tire after picking up a nail in about 18 months. Still NO CHARGE. I almost feel guilty. They know I'll remember these experiences and buy tires from them. And the service with a smile is ALSO appreciated.
I was there this morning 10mins after the store opened to check on a potential flat. I waited 40min with my car still waiting in the parking lot and seeing other cars come in and out. I felt like I was being targeted. This is not the Les Schwab service that I'm used to. I couldn't wait any longer as I was late for work.
