Les Schwab used to be very fair to deal with but now it seems that they double your bill if you're late paying it by even a day. When you're living on a minimal income, $20 can make the difference between keeping the lights on or not. I'm very disappointed the penalties don't actually scale to the "crimes" anymore.
Exceptional service. I was in and out in an hour. They changed my tires and checked my breaks and shocks. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere but Les Schwab.

Every time I go in I wait twice as long as the estimate or something is not done correctly. Had my winter tires taken off on April 1st and now my husband tried to do my breaks. The key that is for my VW Jetta tires is gone. The little yellow bag that Les Schwab gave me has a totally different key. Now I cannot get my tires off.

Let me just say up until this point I have had excellent customer service experience from Les Schwab in Salem, McMinvile, Newberg, Tigard and several other locations in Oregon. I called Tuesday July 11 and got a quote. I was told it would take two hours. I said that seems like that is not enough time because I know some locations get busy.
