RecommendedAfter a horrible experience of running over road debris and getting a flat in the middle of nowhere, my day ended at Les Schwab where the wonderful team there patched the tire for free. I was shocked and so thankful for their help. I highly recommend them and will buy all my tires there!

They're amazing there they know how to work with big trucks which makes it much easier for me because most the time I go into places and they don't know what they're doing when it comes to my truck
Refused to help us when I had a flat spare and had brought in my already repaired tire. They wanted me to pay to have my car towed elsewhere to have it put on or I could "push it out of the parking lot" on a flat! So we changed the tire in their parking lot... thanks les schwab!
They were quick to tell me that I needed 4 new rotors. I called back a few days later to make an appointment to get it done. I was told it'd be an hour, so I figured I could take some time off work. I've been sitting here an hour just for them to get my car into the garage. Now the work is roughly supposed to take the same time. I'd be nicer if they told me "by the way, even if you make an appointment, we won't necessarily get your car in right away, it could be an hour wait".

Brought my car in at 2 pm with a weak battery. They gave it back at 430pm and told me they didn't have a battery in stock. They didn't even clean off the battery terminals so maybe they never even looked at it. It was too late for me to go anywhere else for a battery, the car died a few miles later when I tried to drive it home.
