I stopped by the Les Schwab on Plum, in Olympia WA, to have them check out my passenger rear tire as I discovered there was a screw lodged in the tire. I asked if they could rotate my tires at the same time they checked out the tire. They got me right in and not only checked out the tire (told me everything was fine - it didn't pop the tire; no leak), rotated my tires, charged me nothing, and got me in/out in 20 mins! Bravo! I'll be back when it's time for a new set of tires. Great customer service. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I was told 45 minute wait over the phone and was prepared to spend my entire lunch hour waiting for my tire to be fixed but you guys had me out of there in under 20 minutes along with checking and filling my other tires. :)
