Les Schwab is garbage. The centralia and chehalis locations. They bend a control arm on my car and tried to refuse to fix it. They treated my family extremely rudely. Even called us druggies (my wife and i both work and go to school full time) for asking for them to fix the damage they caused. Them after i finally got them to agree to fix it. They asked me to come in so i did. They put my car on there lift took it apart then called the cops on me. They tried making the cops force me to pay for the service. Now because i shar... read more
Great guys! They seen me sitting in the parking lot 40 minutes before they were set to open, they ran out and started taking care of me.
Reasonably priced tires, helpful staff. I came in looking for all season tires for the fall and winter months ahead. They had two brands for my car: Toyo performance tires and Federal all-seasons. They didn't try to sell me the much more expensive Toyos. They accepted that I wanted exactly what I said I needed: All season tires. They had them on in under an hour, too!

Can't say enough great things about all the staff and management at the Downtown location. I had a service suspension light come on and with a Tahoe I knew it wouldn't be cheap. The management team put me at ease by giving me options as well as getting all the service completed in time for me to get off work and pick up. They shuttled me to work as well. Would recommend to anyone. Lifetime customer.
Went in for an oil change. Thanks to them not telling me about my oil leak, my engine stalled as a result of having no oil. At least they were nice enough to apologize for not telling me or notating it even though the people that worked on it told me they saw a leak. They also won't take responsibility because the timing belt broke at the same time. Engines don't seize from broken timing belts .
My car battery up and died on me as everyone had left work...by the time we figured jumping it wouldn't work, it was five minutes before closing. They sent a guy to my car with a new battery, installed it and got me running again! Thanks!
The staff was pretty amazing. I had to get winter tires for my work vehicle and it was the first time since I got myself work car. They made me feel welcome and help helped make it easy as possible.
