I had 6 tires put on. The service in the front was excellent but the guys in the shop seemed to be goofing off alot. When I get home I noticed that all the tire weights were mounted on the outside of the tires and my beauty rings attempted to be placed over them. I will be back on Monday to ask why they did that!!!

They were amazing, I had a flat on Sunday, my friend changed it out for me and dropped tire off at les Schwab, I went in Monday, handed them my keys they had fixed my tire and put it back on, no charge and even fit e into their packed shop. Thank you, great service
I made an appointment a week ago to have the front brakes and an alignment done on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra by the Port Orchard Les Schwab. I show up today (45 min. early), hand over my keys, and sit for about 20 minutes, only to have them tell me the parts didn't come in on their truck. That lame ass excuse leads me to think nobody had bothered to order the necessary parts in the first place. Total waste of my time and un-fucking acceptable. Les Schwab has seen the last of me.
