Great service over the phone and in person with Karen. I brought in 4 wheels and 4 tires to be mounted. Done within the 2hr wait which is nice for a sat. Good job
Always above & beyond when I Come here..After an incredibly long work day yesterday I was almost home when my car started having fits on the freeway, I was barely able to get it to Les Schwab just before closing. All to find out my breaks completely locked up, rotors shot!! They not only went to get the parts needed immediately but they stayed late, after closing to be sure I was back in the road !! I called last week to see if they can get a rack on pinion. I never got a call back. I guess if they can't get the part and service you than they don't feel the need to call back. Wth
This store over charged me on my bill. I paid it off, then received a bill for $90.00... When I called about it, I was treated very rudely. I talked to the manager and was treated better... Because I recorded the conversation! He was going to look into it and never got back to me.. Then charged me late charges and reported it to my credit rating!
The Port Orchard Les Schwab Tire Center went out of their way to safety check my truck for my upcoming disaster relief trip to Texas on Monday.
I brought my Explorer in with a Punctured rear tire,that I put plug kit on to get home. I rolled in At 9:00. Left before 10:00 am. They fixed my tire and ROTATED MY TIRES FOR FREE. $$$$$$$$. I LOVE LES SCHWAB and they Inspected my Brakes. I love the Popcorn !!¡!! Thank You .
